Moments after Air Force One crossed into international waters this past Sunday, as it flew President Donald Trump to Super Bowl LIX, the President signed a proclamation officially declaring the first-ever Gulf of America Day.

President Trump said during his proclamation signing that the event was “even bigger than the Super Bowl.”

“Air Force One is currently in international waters. For the first time in history flying over the recently renamed “Gulf of America.” Please enjoy the flight,” announced the pilot moments before  President Trump signed the declaration. “Make America Great Again, that is all we care about.”

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis has also embraced the renaming of the body of water.

Later this week, I will be flying over the Gulf of America.

Meanwhile, the Philadelphia Eagles crushed the Kansas City Chiefs to win the game.

Gulf of America has a pretty nice ring to in, right?
