Earlier this August, a report found that 99 individuals on the terror watchlist were released into the country, elevating fears of a terror attack. Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody discussed the troubling news in a recent appearance on Fox and Friends First, calling it "the most terrifying admission of all from the Biden Administration."

AG Moody began by dismissing the media discussion surrounding Vice President Kamala Harris's position as "border czar" while seemingly ignoring the release of 99 terrorists into the United States, in addition to over 300 more encounters, according to the report.

"Here is the most terrifying news that no one is picking up on: we finally have an admission from them. They have released, after coming into contact with these people, 99, almost 100; it could be more now because this was through 2023, to roam our interior," said AG Moody.

More egregiously, she claimed the states into which these individuals were released were uninformed, especially "in a state where we know suspected terrorists have been before when tragedies have happened in this country, they are not communicating when they realize they have released these almost 100 terrorists into our communities. They are not telling law enforcement in the state they have done so. There is no communication."

Host Carley Shimkus further noted that three of the eight Tajik nationals arrested in June for suspected ties to ISIS entered the country via the CBP One app, which AG Moody suggested should be "illegal."

"This is the greatest fraud of all time, where you have somebody that wants to be the commander-in-chief, Kamala Harris, [who] wants to be in charge of national security, and now she is having to admit to the American people, 'Oh yeah, we have released almost 100 people on the terrorist watchlist into your country. We have no idea where they are. Those that we have told to report to certain states, we have not even told law enforcement. So hey, trust me, I want to be your commander-in-chief and protect you and your security," Moody concluded.
