Cordero-Stutz Will Face Democrat Reyes in Miami-Dade Sheriff's Race

The contentious Republican primary race for Miami-Dade County Sheriff saw Trump-endorsed Rose Cordero-Stutz garnered 24 percent of the vote in her efforts to defeat Joe Sanchez, Mario Knapp, and Joe Martinez, and will now face Democrat James Reyes in the November general election.

Reyes is considered Democratic Mayor Daniella Levine Cava’s handpicked candidate.
