Florida: The Abortion State?

With the controversial abortion issue most likely being on the 2024 ballot in Florida, Democrats are pushing hard to beat Republicans on the issue in Florida.  State Senator Jason Pizzo (D) remains confident that most Floridians believe in a woman's right to choose to have an abortion or not.

Rep. Michele K. Rayner-Today, during the session of the Regulatory Reform & Economic Development Subcommittee, I joined colleagues in expressing concern regarding the utilization of social media platforms for individuals aged 16 and under.

Lauren Book -This latest attempt to control women’s bodies and take away our rights is a desperate attempt at relevancy by the bill sponsor — because let’s be clear: last year’s passage of a 6-week abortion ban effectively outlawed all abortion in Florida.

No woman is able to find out she’s pregnant, get an appointment, and terminate a pregnancy in 6 weeks. It’s just not possible, especially with the current physicians shortage and weeks-long waiting lists for services.

Carolina Amesty-Great meeting with the Florida Realtors Association. I truly enjoy discussing policy and community priorities with my constituents. I’m here in Tallahassee working for you!

Cory Mills-It was great joining a few of my Republican colleagues from the House and Senate yesterday to discuss the crisis at our borders. My statement was clear:

“Shut the border, or shut down funding the government”.
