Donalds Says Biden, Like Mayorkas, Should be Impeached Over Border Crisis (VIDEO)

WASHINGTON—More and more House Republicans like Rep. Byron Donalds are making the case for impeaching President Joe Biden over the out-of-control crisis along the U.S. southern border, where tens of thousands of illegal immigrants continue to stream across.

During an interview with The Floridian, Rep. Donalds asserted that the case being made to impeach Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas could be applied to President Biden, accusing the president of having the responsibility “to execute federal law,” but has failed to do so.

“He has directed Alejandro Mayorkas to make these crazy divergences from federal law when it comes to securing our southern border, so if we are going to impeach Alejandro Mayorkas for this, I definitely believe those are grounds for impeachment for Joe Biden,” said Rep. Donalds

Donalds continued expressing his distaste for Biden’s immigration policies. When asked about his recent statement that he was doing all he could to fix the border crisis, Donalds called him a liar.

“This man was a plagiarist in the US Senate. Guess what? He’s a liar,” said Donalds. “He is saying what he needs to say to get elected.”

“The truth is, Joe Biden is the one who reversed all of President Trump’s policies on the border because they said it was inhumane. Well, what’s more inhumane than having girls sold into sex slavery,” asked Donalds.

Another Florida congressman., Rep. Carlos Gimenez (R), has also suggested that Biden should be impeached over the border crisis.

"We are impeaching his Secretary of Homeland Security, [and] I do not think it [is being] done because the Secretary of Homeland Security is running counter to what the President of the United States wants him to do. So if Mayorkas is impeachable for those offenses, I think that those can transfer to the President of the United States," Gimenez concluded.

Rep. Cory Mills told The Floridian that not only was the "Biden Border Crisis" a "national security" threat, but it has also created both a health and a human rights crisis.

The border crisis was deliberately created by President Biden and has compromised  U.S.  national security, and sovereignty,” said Rep. Cory Mills. The President can end the crisis by reimplementing President Trump’s border policies. It’s a national security, health, and human rights crisis like we’ve never seen in our nation’s history.”
