Rubio Warns Against Biden Administration Appeasing Iran After Attack in Israel

Share

Following the horrific attacks in Israel at the hands of Hamas terrorists which led to the murder and kidnapping of innocent men, women, and children, Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL) reaffirmed his support for the American ally nation.

“Jeanette and I unite in prayer for the victims of these horrific terrorist attacks and stand by the nation of Israel. The cowardly terrorist attack on Israeli civilians must be condemned without equivocation and those responsible must be held accountable. We need to support our ally Israel in its response because it is in America’s national interest that Iranian-backed Hamas terrorists are defeated,” stated Sen. Rubio.

He would go on to reprimand the Biden administration as well as warn other nations that support Iran or are thinking of supporting the Iranian regime.

“This should also serve as a wakeup call to the Biden Administration that the Iranian regime cannot be trusted, bargained with, or bought off. Appeasing a regime that hates America will lead to more chaos, more death, and more devastation,” said Rubio.

Moreover, as pro-Palestine groups demonstrate around the country including “The People’s Forum,” Rubio is questioning the notion surrounding his call for an investigation into the group months ago and receiving a lackluster response.

The Florida senator called for an investigation into The People’s Forum due to its alleged ties to the Chinese Communist Party (CCP).

“Asked the Biden Administration to investigate the People’s Forum in August for its ties to the Chinese Communist Party. Received a generic letter in response,” said Rubio.

In his August letter, Sen. Rubio wrote to Attorney General Merrick Garland, saying the Department of Justice (DOJ) is “either unaware or ambivalent” to the situation.

“I write to express my concern over certain far-left organizations that are reportedly tied to the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and operating with impunity in the United States. Combatting Beijing’s malign influence must be a key objective for the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ). Unfortunately, it appears the DOJ is either unaware or ambivalent to this growing threat,” penned Rubio.

Rubio concluded the letter by saying, “The CCP is our greatest adversary, and we cannot allow it to abuse our open system to promote its malign influence any longer.”
