In an exclusive interview with The Floridian, State Representative Randy Fine said the United States should prepare for war.
"For far too long the world has been willing to say we live in a world of sunshine and rainbows and pixie dust and unicorns," Fine told The Floridian. "We don't. There are bad people in this world. There are bad people over there and there are bad people over here. And we don't share the same values and we need to be prepared for the war that's coming."
"If you are willing to protest in the streets to justify cutting a baby's head off, it's not too far removed for you to be willing to do it yourself," said Fine. "These people are dangerous."
After the terrorist attack on Israel by Hamas which resulted in the largest mass murder of Jews since the Holocaust, demonstrations have broken out in support of Palestinian Arabs all over the country. One of the demonstrations in Florida turned violent.
Yesterday, 300 pro-Palestinian protesters were arrested inside a U.S. House office building in Washington D.C. after Democrat Congresswoman Rashida Tlaib gave a speech repeating false claims that Israel bombed a Baptist hospital in Gaza. The United States has confirmed the rockets launched at the hospital came from Hamas, not Israel. Fine says members of Congress who support Hamas should be expelled.
"They should be expelled from Congress. They are terrorists," Fine told The Floridian. "They are more focused on these Arabs in Gaza than they are on American hostages that are held there. That is treason."
There are currently hundreds of hostages being held by Hamas in Gaza and at least 13 are believed to be Americans.
"There are American's being held hostage there," said Fine. "And I don't know how you can not prioritize them over anything else. They shouldn't be giving those folks an ounce of food, a drop of water, or a speck of electricity until those hostages are released."
