House Republicans held the first hearing in their impeachment inquiry against President Biden. Representative Byron Donalds (R-FL) spoke with Fox Business's Larry Kudlow after the hearing, where he suggested the Democrats' attempts at deflection meant "they know this is really, really bad for Joe Biden."

Rep. Donalds explained that the purpose of this first hearing was to consolidate everything uncovered through the House's investigations into a sufficient demand for further information such as finances and bank information related to the Biden family.

"The craziest thing about the hearing," Rep. Donalds described, "is that the Democrats did not even want to talk about the evidence we brought, they just wanted to talk about everything else, which means they know this is really, really bad for Joe Biden."

Kudlow inquired Donalds about the newly uncovered money transfers from Chinese firms Hunter Biden worked with going to the President's Delaware home, which Kudlow called "pretty indicting."

Donalds agreed, saying the beneficiary address makes no sense if Hunter was living in California at the time. Moreover, this new piece of evidence only proves why Republicans need to keep digging rather than jumping straight to impeachment.

"We are not going to be like Nancy Pelosi and the Democrats. We will not rush to judgment just because we want to get somebody. The evidence is going to dictate this because impeachment is so serious for our country that we have to make sure we have this completely right with all the facts on the table," Donalds continued, echoing the sentiment of Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL).

Kudlow then asked for Donalds' take on the possibility of Hunter Biden having to pay back taxes. Donalds agreed he should, mocking the President's insistence on making the wealthy "pay their fair share."

"And here is a question for the President: Why do you not care about your son paying his fair share? You are always talking about everybody else; he should pay his fair share as well, including all the fines that are associated; and the interest monitoring for not paying your taxes on time for him evading the tax code. This is how hypocritical this family is because they will lecture everybody else about taxes. Meanwhile, they knew that Hunter was skipping out on the taxman and they did not even blink an eye, they did not care," Donalds concluded.
