Steube Believes Biden's Alleged Crimes are Treasonous

Share

Representative Greg Steube (R-FL) went on The Benny Show with Benny Johnson to discuss the Biden administration’s recent scandals including Hunter Biden and the President himself.

The Florida Congressman went as far as to accuse President Joe Biden (D) of treason and stated that it’s a “blessing” that Republicans have control of the majority.

“What a blessing that the Republicans have the majority in the House. Think that none of this: The IRS (Internal Revenue Service) whistleblower, the FBI (Federal Bureau of Investigation) whistleblowers that came to the weaponization committee, none of this would be coming before the American people. This information wouldn’t be out there if it wasn’t for the fact that the majority is in Republican hands in the House and we have the ability to do these investigations,” stated Rep. Steube.

He would go on to mention that the information provided in recent investigations is just the “tip of the iceberg.”

“An IRS whistleblower wouldn’t have brought this information to a Democratic Congress, they wouldn’t have done anything with it. So, now’s the time for these individuals to bring this information forward. And the depth and the years and the time that this has gone on when Biden was Vice President, now actions he’s taken as President; and we’re finally starting to see just the tip of the iceberg of the level of the corruption that is the Biden family,” Rep. Steube mentioned.

Benny Johnson would later ask a high-stakes question: “Do you think [the alleged crimes of the Biden family] rises to the level of treason?

“I 100 percent believe it rises to the level of treason and I hope that if a Republican – God willing – wins the Presidency in 2024, after [Biden] is out whether it’s through impeachment or getting beat at the ballot box in 2024 that they’ll move forward with charges like that.”

Moreover, Steube included the notion that the money that the Biden administration has provided to Ukraine is not necessarily for defense against Russian aggression – but rather – still connected to the Burisma scandal involving the President’s son, Hunter.

“And we wonder why Joe Biden supported giving $160 billion of your tax dollars to the Ukrainians. I mean, they still have those contacts and those relationships. And you don’t think there’s something on the back end that coming back for them at some point? So, absolutely, this is treasonous activity from the highest level of office in our country.”

Steube is a member of the House Judiciary Committee as well as the House Weaponization Committee.
