As both President Joe Biden (D) and former President Donald Trump (R) face investigations regarding classified documents, Representative Byron Donalds (R-FL) is claiming that the justice system is “two-tiered” in favor of Democrats and the establishment.

Moreover, Rep. Donalds believes that any Republican that stands up against the left’s “radical agenda” could be subject to the same alleged unfair application of the law that President Trump is facing.

“It’s not even a feeling, there is a two-tiered justice system. It is exactly what’s happened. I’ve read the Durham report. I’ve read this FBI [FD-]1023 form about Hunter Biden and Joe Biden. And now you see in his documents case, I’ve had a chance to look at this indictment. And it is crystal clear to me that if you’re a Republican who basically stands tough against the radical left agenda, they’re going to do everything they can to take you out. That’s really what this is about,” stated Rep. Donalds.

He would go on to justify his two-tiered justice system claim by reminding the American public that former presidential candidate Hillary Clinton (D) destroyed evidence after it was subpoenaed by Congress yet was not charged with a crime.

“Hillary Clinton destroyed emails that were subpoenaed by Congress. She destroyed them. And the only reason people found out that she had classified emails is because they showed up on the computer of Anthony Weiner when he was being investigated for child pornography. And that’s how they found her emails. Joe Biden took classified documents when he was a United States Senator when he was a Vice President, they were found in his garage, found in his office, all these places that they should not have been,” Donalds stated.

Earlier this week, House Republicans revealed an FBI document suggesting President Biden took $5 million in bribe money from Burisma, where his son Hunter sat as a board member; as Vice President. Donalds spoke during the House's press conference, repeating "Money was being moved through several accounts — multiple accounts — to get to Joe Biden."

When the indictment of Trump came that same day, Rep. Donalds called the charges "phony" and a means of protecting President Biden.

"On the day members of Congress learn from an FBI document linking then VP Joe Biden to receiving $5 MILLION from Burisma in a pay-for-play scheme, Biden’s DOJ announces another phony indictment of the leading candidate for the GOP Presidential nomination, Biden’s likely opponent, and the former POTUS. This mob-like justice system is turning Lady Justice on its head and is the most significant threat to our democracy. Stand with President Trump," said the Florida Congressman.

Rep. Donalds officially endorsed Trump in early April.
