Just as Governor Ron DeSantis and his young family were in Iowa attending the “Ride and Roast” campaign event, transgender Montana Rep. Zooey Zephyr (D) and his husband Erin Reed, along with their “Woke” agenda,  swooped into Florida this weekend to speak at the Pride on the Block LGBTQ event in West Palm Beach, Florida.

Rep. Zephyr and hubby Erin Reed, traveled to the state to protest Gov. DeSantis’s Parental Rights in Education law and his efforts to prevent children from being exposed to inappropriate sexual acts at drag shows.

"If DeSantis and others like him continue to push this hateful and discriminatory legislation, they will find what everyone else like them has found throughout history," Zephyr said. "They will wind up in footnotes of history because love wins in the end."

Mr. Reed posted images of him and Zephyr wearing two-piece bikinis and frolicking in the water of an undisclosed Florida beach.

If you were wondering about the “hateful and discriminatory legislation” Mr. and Mr. Reed and Zephyr were referring to, well, the Parental Rights in Education explicitly states that “sexual orientation or gender identity” would not be allowed to be taught or discussed with children in K-3 grades.

That means that children between the ages of about 5 to 9, are not allowed to be taught about sexuality.

Here is how the “controversial part of the law reads:

“A school district may not encourage classroom discussion about sexual orientation or gender identity in primary grade levels or in a manner that is not age-appropriate or developmentally appropriate for students.”

DeSantis has also cracked down on venues that have facilitated drag shows that perform sexual acts in front of children. Several liquor licenses have already been suspended or revoked.
