State Rep, Stan McClain (R-FL) of Central Florida is running for State Senate and has recently announced an endorsement from Rep. Tom Leek (R-FL) a Central Florida Republican and Chairman of the Appropriations Committee.
Rep. Leek was first elected to the Florida House in 2016 and has been a strong voice for his community and the conservative movement in Florida.
“I am happy to endorse my friend and fellow legislator, Stan McClain, for District 9,” said Rep. Tom Leek. “We have learned a lot from each other and have worked hard to make our state a better place in the Florida House. I know that Stan has not finished his work here in Florida and will continue our mission in the state Senate.”
“It is an honor to have Tom’s endorsement,” said Rep. Stan McClain. “It has been a privilege to work beside him in the House, and I hope that we can continue our service together in the Senate. It has been great to see our state make unprecedented progress during our time of public service in the Legislature. I will continue fighting for our freedom-first movement in the state Senate.”
Rep. McClaim claims to be a "strong advocate for limited government, lower taxes, and economic freedom in Florida," believing in all the hallmarks of modern conservatism. He has also lived in Marion County, Florida for over 30 years and has promised to fight for principles in line with the DeSantis agenda, such as protecting children.
