Greg Steube Champions 'Commitment to America' Policy

US Rep. Greg Steube (R-FL) along with House Republican leadership have pushed forward the Commitment to America policy in hopes to get America, "back on track."

"Joe Biden and the Democrat Party have hurt American families through one disastrous decision after the next. Floridians are fed up, America deserves better, and Republicans have a plan to get the greatest country in the world back on track. Through our Commitment to America, the Republican Party will restore our faith in this country and reestablish America as a beacon of freedom and liberty for all," said Rep. Steube in a press release.

The policy seems to mention plenty of diverse areas of policy-making, such as economics and domestic issues.  The policy initiative tackles it in four parts, "An Economy thats strong, A nation that's safe, A future that's built on freedom, A government that's accountable."

The Republican Party also managed to get their digs in on the Biden Administration, listing inflation as one of the key concerns of the legislation.  The legislation also hopes to make America energy independent, a status the United States briefly held under the leadership of President Donald Trump (R) that Republicans held great pride in.

Republicans are also not finished with the Border Crisis that flooded news headlines in 2021. "Secure the Border and Combat Illegal Immigration," is stated in Steube's press release.

This is not Congressman Steube's first run-in with trashing the Biden Administration.  Just this month, Steube accused the president of, "Buying votes," with the recently teased student loan forgiveness that the president is currently considering.
