DeSantis Skewers Progressive Newsom Over his 'Terrible Governance' [VIDEO]

Share

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis has responded to California Gov. Gavin Newsom's attack ad where the Progressive said, "Freedom is under attack in your state."

In a press conference in Cape Coral, Florida, Gov. DeSantis said the ugly truth out loud for Gov. Newsom—"They are hemorrhaging population.”

“Yes, we've created a citadel of freedom here that has attracted people. And we are proud of it,” said DeSantis

DeSantis kept his black cowboy boot on the peddle, ripping into Gov. Newsom’s governing and how he has managed to drive away residents.

"California is driving people away with their terrible governance," DeSantis said. "They are hemorrhaging population. It's almost hard to drive people out of a place like California given their natural advantages, yet they're finding a way to do it."

Both Newsom and DeSantis are considered potential presidential candidates in 2024.
