Alina Garcia Announces Nearly Half a Million Dollars in Contributions

South Florida candidate for State House, Alina Garcia, has yet again made headlines with her campaign.  Garcia recently announced a staggering $427,000 raised in her bid for House District 115.

While in total the campaign has almost hit half a million dollars, in the month of May alone Garcia saw $72,000 in financial contributions.

Alina Garcia responded to her campaign's economic success, and what it means for her candidacy, "I am thrilled by the outpouring of support from so many people throughout our community. It's a true testament of their faith in my ability to forge a brighter future for all Florida families."

The campaign has not only been able to impress with numbers, but also with a hefty list of endorsements.  US Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL) has thrown his hat in the ring behind Garcia, as she formally worked as a legislative aide for the Senator.

The campaign has also been endorsed by Speaker-designate of the Florida House Paul Renner (R-24).  Renner is thought to be a good indicator of where the Florida GOP will be heading in the near future, as he will soon occupy the spot State Rep. Chris Sprowls (R-66) currently holds.

Garcia is proud of making a career out of public service, with three decades of experience working at the local, state, and federal levels.  Garcia believes this makes her, "well-qualified and ready to serve in the Florida House."
