Washington D.C.— Capitol Hill is abuzz today after US Senator Rick Scott (R-FL) dressed down President Joe Biden by questioning his mental capacity and calling for him to resign.

"It’s simple. The most effective thing Joe Biden can do to solve the inflation crisis he created is resign. He’s the problem. Getting him out of office is a quick and easy solution," said Senator Scott.

Scott dug deep and went where no other U.S. Senator has gone before, added, "Let’s be honest here. Joe Biden is unwell. He’s unfit for office. He’s incoherent, incapacitated and confused. He doesn’t know where he is half the time. He’s incapable of leading and he’s incapable of carrying out his duties. Period."

Scott wasn't finished.

“Everyone knows it. No one is willing to say it. But we have to, for the sake of the country. Joe Biden can’t do the job,” continued Scott.

Scott believes that Biden’s inflation has already raised taxes on every single American by more than $5,000 while Senator Scott has cut more taxes than anyone in Washington and has vowed to continue to fight for lower taxes for hard-working Americans.

The president made his attacks on Scott during a recent speech from the White House.  Republicans have touted that the Washington Post fact-checker had a field day on some of Biden's remarks during that same speech.

Scott has been one of the more influential members of the GOP Senate body, mostly advocating for harsher stances against the CCP and an America First agenda.
