Sen. Rick Scott (FL-R) called Iran “evil” and called for President Joe Biden (D) to stop the process of reaching a nuclear deal with the largest state sponsor of terrorism.
According to the Washington Free Beacon, after Iran led a military parade on their “National Army Day” displaying their new weaponry including new missile systems and advanced war drones, they announced warnings to Israel stating, “If they make the smallest mistake, our response will be given at the center of the Zionist regime and our Armed Forces won’t let them relax.” This emboldened speech, perhaps, comes at a time in which Iran has confidence that the Iran deal will get done under the Biden administration.
The former governor of Florida stated in a tweet
“Iran is evil and hate Israel. @JoeBiden must abandon his dangerous attempts to strike a nuclear deal. Only a fool would trust known terrorists.”
The Iran Deal, or as it’s formally known, the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), was originally brought about in the later stages of the Obama administration (Joe Biden was Vice President). It was struck down by Former President Donald Trump (R) early on in his presidency. Since the transition, President Joe Biden has been working to reinstate the deal.
