Sen. Rick Scott (R-FL) in a tweet today voiced his displeasure for companies that are still doing business within Russia during their invasion of Ukraine. Sen. Scott even went as far as to call them “complicit” in Putin’s invasion.
“Any company continuing to do business in Russia is complicit in Putin’s unjust invasion of Ukraine and ongoing genocide. It’s time to put democracy and people over profits. STOP DOING BUSINESS IN RUSSIA," read the tweet.

After hearing Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s speech to Congress last week, President Joe Biden (D) pledged an additional 800 million dollars to the Ukrainians.
The President stated in a tweet:
“I’m once again using my presidential authority to activate emergency security assistance to continue helping Ukraine fend off Russia’s assault. An additional 800 million. That brings the total in new U.S. security assistance to Ukraine to $1 billion just this week," tweeted Biden
