DeSantis Outlines ‘Brandon’s Disastrous Year’

On the one-year anniversary of President Joe Biden (D) having taken office, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis (R) is expressing that it’s been “Brandon’s disastrous year.”

Gov. DeSantis, who’s been at odds with President Biden, released a review of the Biden Administration’s first year in the White House, and DeSantis feels that “Joe Biden is a failure.”

While DeSantis has not admitted whether or not he will be launching a 2024 presidential run, political pundits are speculating that the general election could see a potential DeSantis vs. Biden.

President Biden has highlighted achievements in his first year, but DeSantis has countered, sharing that “thanks to his first year in office, America is mired in malaise at home and humiliation abroad.”

DeSantis then detailed a list of reasons as to why President Biden’s time so far in office has not yielded effective results for the American people, citing inflation and issues at the border as some of the concerns.

“Inflation is nearly at a 40-year high, gas prices hit a 7-year high and the supply chain crisis is leaving grocery store shelves barren across the country,” said DeSantis.

The Governor also commented that “our country is experiencing an unprecedented surge of illegal immigration at our southern border thanks to Biden’s dangerous open border policies.”

Mentioning other issues such as the ongoing COVID pandemic, tension with the Chinese Communist Party, and empty shelves at the grocery store due to the supply chain crisis, DeSantis concluded that “all of this adds up to one of, if not the worst first year of any president in our lifetimes.” What this means to DeSantis is that “America is hurting.”

Making a distinction between himself and Biden, as DeSantis has often done, the Florida Governor assured that “Florida has taken on a leadership role and quickly become THE example other states are following.”
