After Rep. Webster Barnaby (R) filed his “Heartbeat bill” in Tallahassee a couple of weeks back, Florida Democrats geared up for a fight to defend “women’s rights” and organized rallies in Orlando and Fort Lauderdale calling on Floridians to stand against the anti-Abortion legislation.
Local, state, and federally elected officials were on hand at the rallies to defend a woman’s right to choose to kill an unborn child.

Yes, but the truth.
Pro-Life activists argue that women have the right to choose what they do with their bodies, but when it comes to abortion, they choose to kill a fetus that will become a baby within a year’s time, some option to support late-term abortion, which is aborting a fetus after the second trimester.
Some activists say that many pro-Choice activists are quick to abort a fetus or baby, but could never squash a tadpole, even though that little tadpole will eventually become a ribbiting little frog.
At the rally in Fort Lauderdale, a slew of speakers told their past stories of having to, or choosing to, abort a baby.
Agriculture Commissioner Nikki Fried told the crowd that as governor of Florida, she would veto a heartbeat bill or similar bill that lands on her desk.
Commissioner Fried told the crowd of a few hundred that she walked out of the last cabinet meeting in Tallahassee to attend a pro-Choice rallying taking place on the steps of the old Capitol building just feet from the new Capitol building meeting was taking place.
“It was more important for me to be there than our Florida Cabinet meeting,” said Fried.
Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz was on hand told attendees of her journey to motherhood.
