With the 2022 midterm elections just about a year away, Florida looks to be the hotspot for hotly contested elections, especially in the case of State Rep. Anthony Sabatini (R-32), running for Congress in the Florida congressional district 7, was endorsed Friday by Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA).
Sabatini has prided himself on being the most conservative representative in the Florida House, and his list of endorsements for Congress proves it. The Florida State Representative has so far scored big-name endorsements from Roger Stone, Rep. Matt Gaetz, Rep. Madison Cawthorn, and Senator Rand Paul. Sabatini is considered to be a serious candidate from the crowded Republican field vying to unseat incumbent Rep. Stephanie Murphy (D-FL) during a hotly midterm election.
Sabatini broke the news on Twitter, tweeting that Taylor Greene is "one of the hardest fighting America First conservatives in the country — and a staunch supporter of President Trump!"

Although Sabatini may be fully enthralled in Trump politics, his potential opponent — Murphy, is now trying to portray herself as a moderate Democrat. Despite being the head of the House "Blue Dog Democrats," moderate Democrat Coalition, Murphy's voting record in Congress reflects her actual Democrat views and values.
Sabatini has been campaigning non-stop since announcing his bid for Congress. While scoring Taylor-Greene endorsement, rumors are swirling that Sabitini might score an even big-name endorsing his bid within the next few days. Could this person endorsing Sabatini's bid for Congress potentially elevate a local state representative to the national stage?
