As the Afghanistan withdrawal finalizes, President Biden (D) has seemingly declared victory in ending the 20-year war but angry voters have not started to move on from the issue.  Now, top Biden critic US Rep. Byron Donalds (R-FL) is the latest politician to call for Biden to resign and has even hinted at possible whistle-blowers coming forward.

Rep. Donalds joins the growing list of Senators and Congressmen who have called for the resignation of President Joe Biden.  Donalds believes that "The truth is clear" adding that Biden "knew what was happening in Afghanistan was a disaster.  Joe Biden knew the Taliban was gaining ground.  Joe Biden didn't care.":

It is projected that during the withdrawal, the military left behind weapons and military property valued at upwards of $85 billion.  The House proposed a bill to condemn the poor execution from the Biden Administration, however, this was stricken down from House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA).

But if legislation won't work, Republicans are already scheming up new ways to nail Biden and further impeachment talks.  US Rep. Dan Crenshaw (R-TX) has encouraged whistle-blowers to come forward about what happened in Afghanistan.  Today on the National Desk, Donalds added to this rhetoric, claiming there are "text messages from our servicemen on the ground basically saying, 'yes we are leaving Americans behind enemy lines.'"
