Across the nation, employers are raising the stakes for getting the vaccine, even terminating those who are not vaccinated. Although Democrats have hijacked or co-opted the term "Jim Crow" to describe GOP election legislation, US Rep. Byron Donalds (R-FL) is giving the President a taste of his own medicine, calling vaccine requirements "Jim Crow 2.0."
Donalds took to Twitter this week in which he delivered a commentary on the divisive nature of vaccines, claiming it is now "The vaccinated vs. the unvaccinated." Which surprisingly disproportionately negatively affects African Americans.
The Congressman elaborated that "only 12% of the total vaccinated are Black. By requiring vaccines to work and go about their lives, you are systematically targeting Black Americans," Byron said in addressing President Biden (D).
The Florida representative further criticized Bidenm stating "stop the mandates" and gave a brief mention to Afghanistan, which he added onto in a later Tweet.
"Why in the world would we pull out of a country so haphazardly when not even knowing how many AMERICANS would be in harm's way." Adding "The Biden-Harris Administration has turned its back on our troops, our allies, and our country."
Congressman Donalds has been very critical of the Biden Administration's foreign policy very early into this administration, taking Israel's side swiftly amid their fight against the terrorist organization Hamas that Democrats like Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) supported.
