The recent mask mandate in the U.S. House of Representatives that Speaker Nancy Pelosi handed down is nothing more than a political play against Republican legislators that have not been vaccinated. Shortly after the mandate came down, a directive has given to Capitol Police to arrest any and all staffers and visitors not wearing a mask. Rep. Carlos Gimenez (R), told The Floridian how ridiculous he thought Speaker Pelosi's mask mandate was ridiculous and a political play, but only after filming this funny clip of him stepping over onto the Senate side of the Capitol, or the "No Mask Zone."
Masks are not mandated on the Senate side.

"According to Pelosi’s whacky science, I can take my mask off only when I cross this arbitrary line. This is the craziness in Washington," tweeted Rep. Gimenez.
We spoke to no less than 12 Capitol Police officers about the ever-changing rules in the House, and all said that the metal detectors and now mask mandates were just "plain stupid" and "uncalled for."
