Rubio Implies Demings is 'a Radical Liberal Ally' of Biden & Pelosi

With Florida Rep. Val Demings (D) all but confirming her Senatorial run against Florida Senator Marco Rubio (R), Rubio and the GOP are on the offensive, making a distinction between the incumbent and the Senatorial hopeful. On Twitter, Rep. Demings commented that she was “seriously considering a run for the Senate,” and she also thanked her supporters who are looking forward to seeing her run for statewide office. Although not directly naming Demings, Rubio expressed that his challenger is “a radical liberal ally of Joe Biden and Nancy Pelosi,” and he warned that the Sunshine State “is a top target for deep-pocketed National Democrats” who want to implement “their radical agenda.”

After Demings’ comments, the Republican Party of Florida called Demings “another rubber stamp for Nancy Pelosi and her socialist agenda,” adding that “Florida and America can’t afford her radical policies!”

For them, Demings would not be an effective Senator because she “votes with Nancy Pelosi 100% of the time,” she is “weak on immigration,” she “supports radical socialist policies,” and she’s “weak on China.”

Rubio agrees with the aforementioned arguments, and he directed a fundraising letter to supporters, pointing out why Floridians should vote for him in the upcoming 2022 midterm election.

“I am the son of Cuban immigrants who came to America seeking the American Dream, and they achieved it,” he wrote, adding that “for this reason, the Far Left hates me.”

He explained that he symbolizes “everything they are attempting to cancel in America today, and I stand in the way of them making our country look more like the Communist country my parents fled.”

In reference to his time in office, Rubio detailed that “from big corporations to the radical socialist left, I am dealing with attacks from every angle.”

Calling his challenger's bid an attempt “to lay groundwork to flip Florida” and implement a “radical agenda,” Rubio stressed that Floridians cannot afford to vote his challenger into office.

Demings has not responded to the comments.
