After Major League Baseball (MLB) announced that it was moving the 2021 All-Star game because of the recently signed election integrity law in Georgia, it was only a matter of time before former President Donald Trump opined about the controversial and questionable move by the league that runs America's favorite pastime, and called for the boycott of baseball.
In a statement late Friday night, President Trump stated that MLB was "afraid of the Radical Left Democrat" and called for a boycott of baseball and all the "woke" companies "that are interfering with "Free and Fair Elections."
"Baseball is already losing tremendous numbers of fans, and now they leave Atlanta with their All-Star Game because they are afraid of the Radical Left Democrats who do not want voter I.D., which is desperately needed, to have anything to do with our elections. Boycott baseball and all of the "woke" companies that are interfering with Free and Fair Elections. Are you listening Coke, Delta, and all!" stated Trump.
Just today, American Airlines became the latest airline and overall company to cave to the "cancel culture" when the side against Texas SB 7 election integrity bill. Earlier in the week, Senator Marco Rubio called Delta Airlines and other companies "woke corporate hypocrites" who “make billions of dollars in a country that doesn’t even have elections.”
