Hours after the U.S. Supreme Court refused to hear the Texas lawsuit to overturn the 2020 presidential election, President Trump's legal time filed "emergency filings" with the Supreme Court late Friday night for Georgia and Michigan. About an hour later, a similar motion was filed for Arizona.
Attorney Sidney Powell made the announcement on Twitter, stating that all of the cases filed "raise constitutional issues and prove massive fraud."
Powell did not mention when she thought the court would hear the case, but the case could be heard as early as today considering that on Dec 14 the election is scheduled to be certified.
A recent poll shows that an overwhelming amount of Republican voters believe the election was stolen away from President Trump.
