Salazar poised to be the new anti-Socialism voice in Congress

When Cuban and Venezuelan Americans voted in support of President Donald Trump and defeated two sitting members of congress in Miami-Dade County,  Florida, it was clear to all that the Democratic Party’s Progressive and Socialism-lite message received an undeniable rebuking.

Progressives around the country appear to still be holding on to their belief that they will someday control Congress and push forth their political ideology on Americans, regardless of their 2020 across the board political defeats.

Republicans like Congresswoman-elect Maria Elvira Salazar are poised to step up and confront the ongoing Democratic Socialism agenda leading into the 2022 mid-term elections

Salazar defeated Rep. Donna Shalala (D)  using the anti-Socialism narrative, and has now honed in on the human rights atrocities that are being committed by the Cuban-supported criminal regime of Nicolas Maduro in Venezuela, and could be a complimenting voice to that of Senator Marco Rubio, who is arguably the most vocal voice of descent against the Maduro regime.

“Socialism kills,” concluded Salazar in a tweet she sent out that cast light on the Chavista socialist regime in Venezuela.

“Way beyond his death, #HugoChavez's brutal socialist regime continues to systematically starve, jail, and repress the people of #Venezuela — a once-prosperous society that now faces the worst, humanitarian crisis in the history of our hemisphere,” stated Salazar.

Salazar also tweeted her unapologetic condemnation of the Castro regime continued “assault on peaceful” activists in Cuba.

This is socialism. This is tyranny,” stated Salazar.

Salazar appears to be ready to form the House “Freedom Force,” a counterweight to the  Democratic “Squad” led by Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D).

It will be interesting to see just how House Progressives conform  (if they do) with the Biden administration if former Vice President Biden leaves out Bernie Sanders progressives from his cabinet, and if he does not deliver on his campaign promises of embracing many of their ideals.

The  Democratic Party infighting could reach a fever pitch during the 2020 mid-term cycle if the Progressive Caucus is not appeased.
