Former Republican presidential candidate Herman Cain has died of COVID-19 in Atlanta, Georgia. Cain was reported to have been hospitalized for 30 days on oxygen but lost his battle with the virus.

Gov. Mike Huckabee: "I'm heartbroken by the death of a real friend. We were both advocates of the Fair Tax and I just loved being around him. America has lost a voice for liberty. But Herman Cain was a life well lived!"

Personal note:

I was honored to have been one of the first people to interview Herman way back in 2011. He was a genuinely good man, and funny. He will be missed. Here >>>
