Conservative Florida state Rep. Anthony Sabatini (R), who is arguably one of the rising Republican political stars in Florida politics, has just filed a lawsuit on behalf of a  small business owner in Miami-Dade County, against Miami-Dade County for mandating that “residents and workers wear face masks.” Rep. Sabatini says that that the regulatory measure  violates the Florida Constitution, and is “outside the permissible scope of local government.”

Sabatini has been the target of left-leaning and “Fake News” media outlets based in St. Petersburg, Florida after it was discovered that once wore blackface on Halloween when he was minor in high school.

The outspoken National Guard Reservist and avid ballroom dancer has also come out against "Red Flag" gun laws and measures that were floated around after the tragic 2018 Marjorie Stoneman Douglas High School shooting that left 17 innocent students and teachers dead.
