This coming weekend, Americans will once again have to adhere to Daylight Savings time and set their clocks an hour forward.

A visibly tired and agitated Senator Marco Rubio (R) decided to post a video of his continued frustration over having losing sleep as a result of Daylight Savings.

Rubio, who is according to Sen. John Barrasso (R), likes to hit the gym bright and early in the morning, where the father of 4 likes to practice is muscle-flexing poses in the mirror. (We are kidding about the posing, but he does like to do his curls in front of the mirror)

This is not an opinion piece, but I completely agree with Rubio. Daylight Savings “is stupid.”

“It makes no sense,” said Rubio “There’s no reason to keep doing it, it’s time to go permanent daylight savings and end this once and for all…Let’s see if we can get it done this year, this is stupid.”

Rubio screed continued: “I’m not looking forward to Sunday, we are going to lose an hour of sleep, everyone is going to be upset. It’s just dumb. There is no reason to keep doing it.”

He’s absolutely right!

Rubio is urging Americans to reach out to their respective Senators and Representatives to pressure them to vote on an existing bill to end Daylight Savings.
