Rep. Matt Gaetz (R) has just announced that he will be filing charges against House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D) in the House Ethics Committee for ripping up the State of the Union address.

“There will be an ethics investigation,” asserted Gaetz during an appearance on Fox News’ “The Ingraham Angle” Wednesday night.

“Nancy Pelosi has some real impulse control problems,” added Gaetz

Gaetz added that Pelosi was “not above the rules of the House just because she is the Speaker of the House.”
