The political fat lady has begun to sing her farewell song to Vice President Joe Biden’s presidential campaign, this as the latest Quinnipiac Poll in Iowa finds Biden trailing frontrunner Sen. Elizabeth Warren by 5 points.
Mayor Pete Buttigieg is right there alongside Warren with 19 points, but will America as a whole, support his alternative lifestyle?

“Those who consider themselves "very liberal," who make up 24 percent of likely caucus-goers, are divided in their top choice with Sanders getting 32 percent and Warren at 30 percent. Those who identify as "somewhat liberal," who make up 24 percent of likely caucus-goers, are split in their top choice between Buttigieg and Warren, with Warren at 29 percent and Buttigieg at 24 percent. Among "moderates and conservatives," who constitute 50 percent of likely caucus-goers, it's a close race for the top spot between Buttigieg and Biden, with Buttigieg at 19 percent and Biden at 18 percent.
Among white likely caucus-goers with a college education, Buttigieg and Warren top the field with 24 percent and 21 percent respectively. Among white likely caucus-goers without a college education, Sanders gets 23 percent, Biden and Warren receive 19 percent each, and Buttigieg has 15 percent.”
Biden’s 2020 presidential campaign has been filled with gaffe after gaffe after gaffe, and Democrats are expressing concern over his ability to lead, let alone win his party’s nomination.
This is music to the ears of Team Trump, as the campaign, Republicans, and even the president himself have signaled that they would love, love to face the socialist-minded Warren.
Forget about her policy positions, Trump would make minced meat of Warren in a debate over her falsifying her law school admission application.
Meanwhile, Democrats like Biden and Warren continue to cheerlead the impeachment efforts of House Democrats.
