With congressional Democrats officially launching an impeachment inquiry against President Donald Trump over his telephone conversation with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, where he is accused of abuse of his power for asking the Ukrainian president to look into the Bidens, Trump is alleging possible corruption by the Bidens with their past dealings with China and Ukraine.

Vice President Joe Biden is accused of having a Ukrainian prosecutor that was investigating his son Hunter's employer fired.

Biden said that he had not spoken to his son Hunter over his Ukrainian business dealings, but Hunter Biden confirmed that he had spoken to his father about it. Trump cried foul and called the elder Biden a liar, suggesting that he should be investigated.

Now Ukrainian President Zelensky says his country is ready to investigate the Bidens.

"We are open, we are ready to investigate, but it has nothing to do with me," Zelensky told reporters, according to the Associated Press. "Our independent law enforcement agencies are ready to investigate any violations of the law.”
