President Donald Trump is taking a ‘yuge’ victory lap around House Democrats as the Mueller investigation appears to have taken its last breath.

After Special Counsel Robert Mueller was brought before the House Judiciary Committee and divulged absolutely nothing new outside of this initial findings, Democrats seem to have been left at a loss for words.

Democratic Reps. Ted Deutch, Val Demings, and Debbie Mucarsel-Powell, all tried in earnest to draw something, anything out of Mueller that would paint Trump as a criminal, or at the very least, a liar, but their efforts failed to produce what they were looking for.

After the hearings concluded, Trump began to tweet praises of pundits and members of Congress that defended his honor, and who eviscerated the so-called “witch hunt” of the investigation Mueller conducted.

Rep. Matt Gaetz (R) had one of the most poignant exchanges with Mueller, questioning Mueller on whether he could “state with confidence the Steele dossier was not part of Russia’s disinformation campaign.”

Watch that exchange here.

Trump also posted several sound bites of his take on the hearings, even tweeting out Liberal movie director Michael Moore’s assertion that “Dems and Mueller blew it.”

“A frail old man, unable to remember things, stumbling, refusing to answer basic questions...I said it in 2017 and Mueller confirmed it today — All you pundits and moderates and lame Dems who told the public to put their faith in the esteemed Robert Mueller — just STFU from now on,” stated Michael Moore.

The blow back Democrats are dealing with is brutal, but not as brutal as the tweet storm that Trump has started to drive the final nail into the coffin of the Russian collusion investigation and talk of impeachment.
