Democratic candidates are still calling for heads to roll, specifically President Trump's. Impeachment is all the talk, but that could prove to be a big mistake for them.

Trump and his administration have pushed back (as expected), continuing to call out the concluded Mueller investigation, and the talk of continued congressional obstruction investigations, as a mere "witch hunt."

Cory Booker :"Robert Mueller’s statement makes it clear: Congress has a legal and moral obligation to begin impeachment proceedings immediately."

"This is as close to an impeachment referral as it gets. Robert Mueller could not clear the president, nor could he charge him — so he has handed the matter to Congress, which alone can act to deliver due process and accountability."- Pete Buttigieg

Oh Bernie Sanders. >>> "Given the reality that we have a president who believes he is above the law, Congress must continue its investigations. If the House Judiciary Committee deems it necessary, I will support their decision to open an impeachment inquiry."

Julian Castro says that if he is president, he wont hesitate to use the recess appointment option. READ MORE

PUERTO RICO, OHHHH! - Senators Marco Rubio and Rick Scott continue talking disaster relief. Rubio was in Puerto Rico on Thursday (he was on the last flight out of dodge Thursday night) to discuss the ongoing recovery efforts.

"U.S. Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL) and Congresswoman Jenniffer González-Colón (R-PR) conducted an official visit to San Juan, Puerto Rico where they met with members of the United States Coast Guard Sector San Juan. They received an update of the ongoing counternarcotic efforts on the island as well as the state of recovery efforts following Hurricanes Irma and Maria.

Rubio and González-Colón also visited a small business, Papos Guacaros Place, in the municipality of Dorado. Papos Place fed local police officers and the barrio of Mameyal for two weeks following the aftermath of Hurricane Maria. The legislators also met with Cuban and Venezuelan nationals who are currently living in Puerto Rico. During the meeting, Rubio reiterated his support for the interim government of Juan Guaidó and the restoration of democracy and human rights in Cuba."-Rubio press shop

Nothing has changed. Biden is still crushing the field. When it comes to President Trump's approval rating, Trump is still polling in the mid 40's, and congress still really stinks. Their approval rating is averaging 20%

President Donald Trump @realDonaldTrump

90% of the Drugs coming into the United States come through Mexico & our Southern Border. 80,000 people died last year, 1,000,000 people ruined. This has gone on for many years & nothing has been done about it. We have a 100 Billion Dollar Trade Deficit with Mexico. It’s time!

House Judiciary Dems @HouseJudiciary

Given that Special Counsel Mueller was unable to pursue criminal charges against the President, it falls to Congress to respond to the crimes, lies and other wrongdoing of President Trump – and we will do so. No one, not even the President of the United States, is above the law.

Payback against Rubio?

Senator Marco Rubio has been a thorn in the side of Maduro, and has gone after the embattled Chinese Huawaii telecom company. So, no Maduro is striking a deal with the same chinese company. Hmmm?

Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro announced on Thursday an "immediate investment" in the Huawei company, indicated by the United States of spying in favor of China, to help Venezuela install the 4G mobile network technology, which for now works intermittently in The main cities.

"I have ordered an immediate investment with our Chinese brothers, and Chinese technology, Huawei technology, ZTE, and all Chinese companies and all Russian companies for us to raise the capabilities of the entire communications system and make the 4G system a reality, "Maduro said at a ceremony with the military in Caracas.

This week, President Donald Trump imposed an executive order that prohibits US companies from doing business with foreign companies that allegedly try to spy on the country and that has ended up in a veto on Huawei.
