According to Orlando-based Attorney John Morgan, a Democrat, Governor-elect Ron DeSantis "will drop" the medicinal marijuana appeal and and supports allowing individuals to "smoke" their 'prescriptions.'
Morgan, who was able to successfully get his expensive medicinal marijuana pet project on the ballot in 2016, filed a lawsuit last year to allow patients to smoke medicinal marijuana.
