Congressional votes matter, and if you are Andrew Gillum, that’s all that matters in the weeks leading up the 2018 midterm elections.
Gillum’s latest attack ad focuses on Medicare and social security reform budget votes Rep. Ron DeSantis made in congress.
Gillum is pushing Democratic Party talking points by saying that DeSantis backed those entitlement measure to give the wealthiest of Americans financial tax breaks.
DeSantis has countered Gillum by reminding Floridians that the Mayor of Tallahassee wants “Medicare for all,” and recently restated his claim that Gillum supports socialism during a rally with Senator Marco Rubio and Jeanette Nunez (pictured) in West Miami earlier this week.
Rubio calls Gillum a "disaster"
The gubernatorial race between these two men can’t get any tighter, with the latest Mason-Dixon poll showing Gillum up by only 1 point.
Will Floridian’s support DeSantis’ pro-Trump, less taxes, pro-business agenda, or will Gillum’s “Medicare for all,” ban ICE, and increase taxes campaign?
