When California Congresswoman Maxine Water broke curfew in Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, the city where officials locked down their community after the Daunte Wright was shot and killed by a police officer for resisted arrest and lunging back into his vehicle, no one would expect that Waters would call for residents to continue their violent protests of the shooting.
