Congresswoman Laurel Lee (R-Fla.) has secured endorsements from county sheriffs across Florida’s 15th Congressional District (FL CD 15) as she fights to retain her seat in the U.S. House of Representatives.
Citrus County Sheriff David Vincent, Hernando County Sheriff Al Nienhuis, Pasco County Sheriff Chris Nocco, and County Sheriff Chad Chronister have backed Rep. Lee in her race against Democratic challenger Robert People.
Leaders Commend Lee's Commitment To Law Enforcement
“Her experience as a prosecutor and judge has helped shape her work in Congress, where she has championed policies that support law enforcement and strengthen public safety,” Sheriff Vincent said. "The people of Citrus County can count on her to be a strong voice for them in Washington.”
“Laurel has consistently stood with law enforcement and understands the importance of giving officers and prosecutors the support and resources they need to keep our communities safe and hold criminals accountable,” Sheriff Nienhuis said. “I encourage voters across the county to join me in supporting Laurel for Congress.”
