MSNBC is under fire for reportedly blacking out key remarks from conservative lawmakers as the impeachment trial against President Trump continues.

Florida Senator Marco Rubio (R) shared an article calling MSNBC out for cutting to a commercial break when the President’s legal defense team was called to respond to questions about the allegations aimed against the President.

Commenting on the issue, the sunshine state Senator commented that “apparently MSNBC cut away to a commercial break when my question was asked regarding the Framers views partisan impeachment that didn’t have broad public support.”

Earlier this week, it was reported that former Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi’s argument regarding Hunter Biden’s time serving on the board of Burisma while his father, Vice President Joe Biden, was in the White House.

In the President’s defense team, Alan Dershowitz, a liberal Democrat who endorsed Vice President Biden for President, slammed House Democrats, arguing that “the criteria that have been set out are so lawless they basically paraphrase Congresswoman Maxine Waters who said ‘there is no law – anything the House wants to do to impeach is impeachable.’ That’s what happened today. That places the House of Representatives above the law.”

He concluded by arguing that "the House of Representatives is not above the law."
