Former Vice President Joe Biden is joking about all the inappropriate touching he has be accused, but the real news of the day is Biden's imminent run for president in 2020.
Biden is not denying a run, rather saying that he would like to be the "last" candidate to announce this cycle, and that he is getting things ready. Biden is in, it's just a matter of time of when he makes it official.
'Uncle Joe' also said that he used to be a 'Moderate' Democrat and was a liberal, not a progressive Democrat, which could be perceived as him casting a little shade on the new Progressive Democratic movement that appears to be leaving a big footprint within the national Democratic Party.
President Trump said that he wasn't worried about a Biden candidacy because he (Biden) would have to run on President Obama's "failed" policies and agenda.
