The Republican National Committee (RNC) has put out a short video clip of President Joe Biden campaigning against the 2nd Amendment during the 2020 presidential election.
Then-candidate Biden said that none of the Amendments found in the U.S. Constitution were "absolute."
"No Amendment is in fact absolute," stated Biden.
Is Biden saying that the Amendments do not have to be adhered to?
