Fine Exposes Democrat Competitor's Alleged Past Violent Behavior

Florida Sate Senator Randy Fine (R) is pulling no punches in the lead up to the special election for the US’ House of Representatives 6th Florida seat.

Senator Fine has been fiercely criticizing his Democrat opponent, Joshua Weil, for questionable actions he reportedly committed while being a public school teacher.

According to Fine and local media, Weil was suspended from his teaching duties for physically assaulting one of his students.

Indeed, school records show that Weil was sanctioned with a three-day suspension after he “grabbed (a) student by the neck, threw to ground, left bruise on student’s head.”

Fine called Weil a “threat to Florida children” and simultaneously criticized Weil’s recent support for state-funded transgender surgeries for children.

“Josh Weil’s radical views are not only deeply out of touch with Florida families, they are downright deadly for our children,” said Randy Fine. “A high school math teacher who was suspended for choke-slamming a student to the ground and faced complaints for harassing a female colleague now wants to push mutilating surgeries on vulnerable children — all at taxpayer expense.”

Moreover, Fine also criticized Weil for confrontational Muslim statements he made while running for US Senate in 2022 as well as for one of his campaign workers being arrested for stealing a bicycle.

Weil has not publicly responded to Fine’s criticisms.

The special election is occurring due to the vacancy caused by former Representative Mike Waltz (R-FL) becoming President Trump’s National Security Advisor.

Election day will be April 2nd, 2025 and early voting is ongoing until March 29, 2025.

Democrats have reportedly poured millions of dollars into Weil’s campaign for a seat that was last won by Republicans with a comfortable 35% margin.

Trump recently weighed in on the race, endorsing Fine and encouraging Republicans to head to the polls.

“A highly successful, Harvard educated businessman, and greatly respected State Legislator, Randy has been a tremendous Voice for MAGA,” said Trump. “Randy Fine has my Complete and Total Endorsement for Congress.”
