The “Second-Act” series will profile notable Americans who have faced significant challenges. However, despite those challenges, the individuals have overcome the obstacles and used their experiences to make meaningful contributions to society.

Some figures who are featured in the series include actor and producer Mark Wahlberg, tech innovator Damien Patton, President Ronald Reagan, and advocates like Alice Marie Johnson and Frank Meeink.

In a statement, Sean Noble, the President and Founder of American Encore, praised the series, commenting that “America is a nation like no other—a place where people can create a second act, reinvent themselves, overcome adversity, and make meaningful contributions to the world.” “These stories of redemption, resilience, and reinvention remind us that the best days lie ahead if we dare to believe in them.”
