Luna Inquires on UAPs, Whether or Not They are a Threat

Share

A recent House Oversight hearing with independent journalist Michael Shellenberger, former intelligence agent Luis Elizondo, Rear Admiral Tim Gallaudet (Ret.), and former NASA official Michael Gold sought to investigate the existence of unidentified anomalous phenomena (UAPs). Representative Anna Paulina Luna (R-FL) asked the four a series of questions about the potential nature of UAPs and their potential threat to mankind.

Rep. Luna began by asking if any attempts to reverse-engineer supposed technology from UAP sources have begun, which Elizondo said was a conversation that could not be held publicly.

"This next question is for Mr. Gallaudet: To your knowledge, have any [unidentified submerged objects] ever outpaced our submarines?" Rep. Luna asked next.

Gallaudet answered yes but could not adequately describe by what magnitude the supposed USO outpaced the submarine, alluding to an apparent incident in the North Atlantic during a storm in the 1980s, but this incident cannot be verified.

The Florida Congresswoman asked Elizondo whether or not UAPs are "being piloted by non-human biologics," meaning an intelligent entity is flying them. Elizondo replied, "It is safe to presume here that they are intelligently controlled because they, in some cases, seem to anticipate our maneuvers."

However, Elizondo also pointed out that maneuvers performed by supposedly intelligently flown UAPs produce far more G-forces than humans or current aircraft can withstand. This led to a brief detour into what scientifically constitutes a living being from Elizondo, noting that terrestrial lifeforms not requiring oxygen or photosynthesis to produce energy have been found to exist, "so we are constantly having to reevaluate understanding what the definition of life is."

Luna concluded with several final questions open for the four witnesses to answer: "We have had people say that there are good and bad of whatever these things are. And so my concern, from a national security perspective, A: is that true? B, are you guys hearing reports of that? And C, I think moving forward in regard to technology, Mr. Gold, if you can answer this real quickly, some of these aircraft, it seems that they are operating off of energy that we do not currently have. But in your opinion, if we were able to obtain that, would that impact humanity for the better or negative?"

Gold answered, "This is a national security issue that there is such technology out there. We are not the only country that might have access to it. We do not want to be on the wrong end of technological surprise."
