Luna Says Harris, Walz Walking Back Biden's 'Garbage' Remark 'Message of a Dying Campaign'

President Joe Biden's (D) recent labeling of supporters of former President Donald Trump as "garbage" has been condemned by the Harris-Walz campaign. Still, Representative Anna Paulina Luna (R-FL) did not buy it in a recent appearance on Fox News's Ingraham Angle, saying their attempt to dismiss the remark "is the message of a dying campaign."

Vice President Kamala Harris clarified that "I will be a president for all Americans, whether you vote for me or not," and her running mate, Governor Tim Walz (D-MN), went on ABC's Good Morning America to say, "We want everyone part of this."

Host Laura Ingraham asked Rep. Luna if anyone believed them, to which she replied, "I do not think anyone does."

"I think it has been very apparent that Kamala Harris does not want conservatives, does not want Republicans, does not even really want to have conversations with us in Washington, let alone the American people. And your average American, regardless of what she says, she is not from a middle-class family. She has been out of touch and in D.C. for far too long, and she is expecting Americans to trust that she will fix the very country that she has been responsible for breaking over the last four years," Rep. Luna added.

More to the point, the Florida Congresswoman suggested that Harris and Walz's attempts to retract Biden's remarks "are the message of a dying campaign."

After all, Trump struck back against the remark, saying, "You can't be president if you hate the American people," and appeared in Madison, Wisconsin, via a garbage truck wearing an orange safety vest as a form of mockery.

Hence, Luna said, "The reason Trump is so positive is there is one point in a campaign, and every single person who has ever run for office will tell you, you know when you are going to win. I think he knows he is going to win. We just need people to show up and vote. But Kamala Harris knows that she is losing, and her messaging is not resonating with the American people."
