Florida Congressman Asks Attorney General to Criminally Investigate Kamala Harris

It's election season. Why not investigate Vice President Kamala Harris? There is a fat chance in Hell that Progressive Attorney General Merrick Garland will take up Congressman Cory Mill's demand to investigate Harris for violating the Hatch Act.

Rep. Hills sent Garland a letter demanding he investigate Harris holding an official press conference, where all she did was bash President Donald Trump.

According to the Hatch Act, Harris appears to have used here official capacity as vice president to engage in political activity and or influence an election.

AG Garland has been going after former President Trump in what Republicans and many legal scholars call "lawfare" against the former president.

Even if Trump wins the November general election, there is a pretty good chance Garland will not go after Harris before he leaves office in January 2025.
