Trump Slams ‘Extreme Policies’ in Battleground States Strategy

Share

After President Joe Biden (D) stepped down, political pundits assessed that the race was up for grabs. Vice President Kamala Harris (D) has closed the gap that President Biden fared with, but Republicans believe that her “failed record” will result in voters rejecting her in November. Coinciding with the Democratic National Convention, President Donald Trump (R) and his allies vow to highlight her “extreme policies.”

As Democrats rally around the Harris-Walz ticket, President Trump is expected to meet with Ohio Senator J.D. Vance and other allies as the Trump-Vance campaign strategizes their next moves while tackling battleground states.

Making a distinction between the Democratic National Convention and the Republican National Convention – dubbed “the most unifying political event in history” – the Trump campaign is certain that the vice president will “lie to Americans and try to distance herself from the mess she brought upon them on our country.”

Trump Campaign Senior Advisors Chris Lacivita and Susie Wiles issued a statement regarding the Democratic Convention, commenting that “Kamala Harris will hide behind celebrities because everyday families know that she has been an absolute disaster for our nation, and real Americans are worse off now than four years ago.” “Harris has failed to answer media questions for 28 days because she can’t explain away her record of supporting policies that cause inflation, bans on private health insurance, destroying American energy, and higher taxes.”

After weeks of facing criticism over not taking questions from reporters, Vice President Harris addressed themwhile campaigning in Pennsylvania. However, detractors pointed out that the vice president didn’t share anything of substance.

In reference to the battleground states, President Trump’s advisors expressed that “President Trump and Senator Vance will remind voters that under their leadership, we can end inflation, protect our communities from violent criminals, secure the border, and Make America Great Again.”

This week, the president will travel to Pennsylvania, Michigan, North Carolina, and Arizona to host events on the economy and energy (PA), crime and safety (MI), national security (NC), and immigration (AZ).
