Mills Says Biden's Swing State Visits Will Not Save His Campaign

President Biden is visiting the swing state of Wisconsin after the 4th of July, visiting Pennsylvania this weekend. However, his performance during the first Presidential debate has sparked severe concern about his mental and physical well-being, sparking rumors and calls for him to withdraw from the 2024 Election. Representative Cory Mills (R-FL) discussed Biden's campaign strategy in a recent  Fox and Friends First appearance, saying it will not save his campaign.

"I want to go ahead and dispel one rumor," said Rep. Mills, "This is not about 90 minutes. This is about the last three and a half years if anyone has been paying attention," referring to numerous instances of Biden displaying signs of mental decline and physical debilitation, such as several stumbles ascending stairs, gaffes, and reaching to shake hands with someone not present.

"And so I think that the question that people keep asking is whether or not he is fit to run for the next term. But my question is that he is not actually fit to run right now. And I think whether it is the 25th [Amendment] invocation, whether it is the unconstitutional violations that he has had with abuse of power or violations of separations of power or the 'quid pro-Joe' for the whole of Congressionally-appropriated aid, this is an individual who will pander to do anything to win this election," Rep. Mills continued.

Moreover, the Florida Congressman suggested the June 2024 jobs report set to be released by the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) will not improve Biden's chances either, claiming the "new" jobs added will only be labor recovered from the COVID-19 pandemic, and "everyone knows that the Weekend at Bernie's routine is running."

Host Todd Piro asked if Biden's poll numbers did not improve after visiting Wisconsin, which meant he would drop out of the 2024 election, possibly as early as this weekend.

Mills suggested the President would not, adding, "He will have the John Fettermans and the Warnocks in Georgia and others start to rally around him. But there is a fracture in the Democratic Party and that is becoming more evident. That in itself will start to deteriorate from the inside, and so I think that all of the politics, all of the Weekend at Bernie's routines, all of the actual trying to coalesce and Vice President Kamala Harris trying to come onto the race and onto the trail with him is not enough to try and make up the difference."
